Roadmark computes cube and density straight from the pallets, gets the freight class, and shops your LTL carriers on the real number, whether you're the carrier running the linehaul or the broker booking it.

## One city truck, fourteen stops, pickups and deliveries mixed in.

The Mississauga terminal's city truck leaves loaded for today's deliveries and comes back with tonight's linehaul freight. The driver's app shows the window and the pallet count at every door; the board tracks what's still on the truck.

## The linehaul board shows cube used and the cutoff for every departure.

A trailer leaves whether it's full or not, but the cutoff tells the dock how much time is left to fill it. Roadmark shows cube used against every scheduled departure so a full trailer isn't left behind for a late one.

## A re-weigh corrects the invoice, with the certificate attached.

Great Lakes Linehaul's dock re-weighed and re-measured a shipment booked at the wrong class. The four pallets came out to 9.00 lb/ft³, the same density as the rater above: Class 100, not the Class 92.5 it was booked at. The Billing agent drafts the corrected invoice with the inspection certificate attached.

## Accessorials, captured where the driver already is.

Every accessorial on the invoice traces back to something captured on the driver's phone or set at booking, so there's a photo or a timestamp behind the charge, not just a line someone remembers to add.

- **Liftgate** Driver app: liftgate-used checkbox at delivery
- **Residential** Address flagged at booking, confirmed on arrival
- **Inside delivery** Driver app photo past the threshold
- **Limited access** Site type set at booking: school, base, job site
- **Appointment** Booked window shown in the driver app; on-time flag automatic
- **Notify** Text sent from the driver app before arrival, timestamped

## Run LTL beside your current TMS, or in place of it.

Rate and rate-shop from Roadmark while dispatch, linehaul and billing stay where they are today. Add the rest of the terminal when you're ready.

## Questions before you rate a shipment.

- **How does Roadmark work out freight class?** It computes each pallet's cube from its dimensions, divides the weight by that cube to get density in pounds per cubic foot, and reads off the class from the NMFC's density scale, the same number the freight class calculator shows.
- **How does Roadmark handle reweighs?** When a carrier's dock reweighs and re-measures a shipment booked at the wrong class, Roadmark's billing agent drafts the corrected invoice at the new density and class, with the reweigh certificate and dock photo attached.
- **Can Roadmark rate-shop my LTL carriers?** Yes. It computes cube and density straight from the pallets, gets the freight class, and shops your carriers on that real number in one pass, whether you're the carrier running the linehaul or the broker booking it.
- **Does Roadmark audit LTL carrier invoices?** Yes. Roadmark rates each shipment across several LTL carriers at once, then audits the carrier's invoice against the rate the shipment was booked at. An invoice that doesn't match is held for a person, the same as any carrier bill that doesn't match its rate con.
- **How are LTL accessorials billed?** Each one, liftgate, residential, inside delivery, limited access, appointment or notify, traces back to a photo or timestamp captured on the driver's phone or set at booking, not a line someone remembers to add.
- **Can Roadmark run beside our current TMS?** Yes. Rate and rate-shop from Roadmark while dispatch, linehaul and billing stay where they are today, and add the rest of the terminal when you're ready.
