The Roadmark product is covered by its own agreement, not by these terms. ## About these terms These terms govern your use of this website, including its pages, their markdown versions and the files offered on it (the “website”). The website is operated by Roadmark (“we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. They cover the website only. Use of the Roadmark product is governed by the subscription agreement and order form your company signs with us, which take precedence over anything on the website. Our [privacy policy](https://roadmark.ai/privacy) explains how we handle personal information. ## Using the website You may use the website to learn about Roadmark, evaluate it for your business and contact us. When you do, please don't: - use it in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights; - try to get into parts of the website, our systems or other people's data that aren't meant for you, or probe them for vulnerabilities except as described below; - overload or disrupt the website, or upload malware to it; - send false, misleading or spam submissions through its forms, or someone else's details without their permission; - pretend to be Roadmark or connected with us, for example on a website, profile, phone line or listing that isn't ours. Search engines, AI assistants and other automated tools are welcome to read the website, provided they follow our robots.txt and don't get around rate limits or access controls. If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@roadmark.ai and give us reasonable time to fix it before you disclose it. Don't access, change or keep data that isn't yours while testing. ## Our content The website and its content, including text, drawings, designs, software, logos and the Roadmark name, belong to Roadmark or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Apart from the permissions in these terms, no rights are granted to you. You may view the website, link to it, share it, quote short passages with attribution, and save or print pages for your own evaluation of Roadmark. Please don't copy, republish or sell substantial parts of it, or present it as your own. ## Brand assets You may use the logo files on our [Brand page](https://roadmark.ai/brand) to refer to Roadmark: in articles and press coverage, on integration and partner listings, and in directories. Use them as provided and as the Brand page describes: don't redraw, recolour, stretch or rotate them, don't let a partner's mark stand larger than ours, and don't put them on a busy photograph without a dark scrim. This permission is limited, non-exclusive and revocable, and we may ask you to change or stop a use at any time. It doesn't let you use our name or marks as part of your own product, company, domain name or logo, or in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you. For anything else, such as the lockup with the word or print use, ask hello@roadmark.ai. Other companies' names and logos on the website, such as those of AI assistants, identity providers and software we integrate with, belong to their owners. Showing them doesn't mean those companies endorse Roadmark. ## What you send us Information you send through the website's forms should be accurate and yours to share. We handle it as our [privacy policy](https://roadmark.ai/privacy) describes. If you send us ideas or feedback about Roadmark, we may use them without any obligation to you. ## Product information The website describes the Roadmark product as accurately as we can, but its descriptions, examples, drawings and prices are for information only. Nothing on the website is an offer to contract; what we commit to is in your company's agreement with us. Nothing on the website is legal, tax, customs, safety or regulatory advice, including anything about hours of service, cross-border moves or carrier compliance. Check with a qualified advisor before relying on it. ## Other websites The website links to websites and services we don't control, including the Roadmark app and our partners' sites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply. ## Disclaimers The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions, including some Canadian provinces, don't allow certain warranties to be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit. ## Limitation of liability To the fullest extent the law allows, Roadmark won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or your inability to use it, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, and they don't change what your company's agreement with us says about the product. ## Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws in force in Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law where you live gives you, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts. ## Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. ## General If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived it.
