About Roadmark

Freight still runs on retyping the same load three times.

Roadmark exists to end that, without asking anyone to trust a black box. An agent drafts the work; a person decides. That's the whole idea, and it's also the shape of our mark.

Load 48213 typed three times, into the quote, dispatch and the invoice, with the weight mistyped and the detention never billed; beside it, one record with the right weight and a total including detention

The mark

Two corners frame the record.

Two opposite corners
They define a box, the way a survey marker frames a plot of land, not the whole page.
The record sits inside
A load, a quote, an invoice: the one thing this screen is actually about.
  • PencilDrawn when an agent prepares the draft. Nothing has been sent yet.
  • InkFilled in the moment a person approves it. The record is now theirs.

Most of the work in a freight office is retyping.

Most freight software is good at the one thing it was built for and blind to everything around it. The work that falls through the gaps still has to happen; it just happens by hand.
  • Each system holds one stepThe quote, dispatch and the invoice live in systems that don't share a record, so each copy drifts a little from the last.
  • The inbox is where the real work happensRFQs, tenders and check calls live in email and text messages, outside any system, until someone copies them in.
  • TMSs built for a screen from another eraBuilt before anyone expected software to draft the first version of anything, so a person still starts from a blank form.

Roadmark is the AI-native operating system for freight, combining a native TMS, connected applications and AI agents that prepare work for your team.

What we won't get wrong.

Four rules, and we'd rather ship less than break one of them.
  • Agents draft, people decideNothing reaches a customer, carrier or driver until someone approves it.
  • Start beside what you haveRoadmark runs next to your TMS before it ever has to replace it.
  • Each company's data is its ownEnforced in the database, not just hidden in the screen.
  • It works when the AI is downEvery screen runs without an agent. Drafts pause; the work goes on.

The name

A road mark guides the driver, and the driver still drives.

A two-lane road bending to the right, its centre line marking the bend, with a truck in its lane

A road mark tells a driver where the lane is and where it bends, and then gets out of the way. That's the relationship we want with the people using this: something that shows the way clearly and leaves the driving to them. We picked a name that says that plainly, and we're keeping it short on purpose.
