Roadmark AI agents
An agent on every team, and a person on every decision.
Roadmark’s seven specialized agents work the inbox, quoting, planning, tracking, billing, collections and compliance. Each drafts its part of the work, shows its reasons and waits for someone to approve, edit or reject it.

Prairie Foods · "Need a 53' dry van, Mississauga ON to Joliet IL, pickup Tuesday 06:00."
- 11 loads on this lane in 90 days, median $4,860.00
- Their contract rate ended on Aug 31
Passed on the spot market average of $5,150.00: 11 loads in 90 days on this lane give a firmer price than the day's market.
3The team
Seven agents pass one load between them, and a person signs off each hand-off.
Every agent reads its part of the business, drafts the work with its reasons, and hands your team the ones that need a person.

Act within your rules
Taken back automatically If the edit rate on a lane or customer rises, Roadmark drops it back to Draft and tells the person who owns that lane. Autonomy is set per lane or per customer, never for a whole company at once, and any one of them can be locked to "always a person" no matter its record.
Limits
No agent does these, at any level of the ladder.
Autonomy raises how far an agent can go inside its own job. It never reaches into these, whatever a lane or customer has earned.
- Move money. An agent can prepare an invoice, a settlement or a refund; a person releases the payment.
- Sign a contract. A rate agreement or a carrier contract goes out for a person's signature, drafted or not.
- Change a customer's rate agreement. Renewals and amendments are always drafted for approval, never applied on their own.
- Override a hold. A credit hold or a compliance block stops every agent until the person who owns it releases it.
Planning agent

One agent, one day, one terminal.
- 102:00
Plans tomorrow's board. Every truck gets its next load from the day's tenders, matched against hours, home time and appointment windows.
- 207:00
Dispatch reviews it. 38 of 41 trucks are already planned. The three loads with no unit free in time go out to Northline Freight and Harrow Lane Trucking, already priced.
- 314:00
Unit 231 breaks down outside London ON. The agent re-plans its load and the three behind it within minutes, and flags the two that will still miss their windows.
- 422:00
Tomorrow's tenders arrive. The agent starts building the next board from them, ready for dispatch again at 07:00.
Questions
What teams ask about the agents.
What do Roadmark's AI agents do?
Roadmark’s own agents each handle one job: Inbox, Quoting, Planning, Tracking, Billing, Collections and Compliance. They prepare work and show their reasons for your team to review. The built-in AI Assistant is your conversation with Roadmark; Claude and ChatGPT are external AI assistants you can connect through MCP.
Do the agents act without a person's approval?
Not to start with. Every agent begins at Draft on every lane and customer, and moves up only where your team allows it, after a track record on that lane. If edits rise on a lane, Roadmark drops it back to Draft and tells the person who owns it.
Can an AI agent move money or sign a contract?
No, at any level of autonomy. An agent can prepare an invoice, a settlement or a rate agreement, but a person releases payments, signs contracts, approves rate changes and releases holds.
What does the Planning agent do?
It plans tomorrow's board overnight, giving each truck its next load around hours, home time and appointment windows, and prices the loads no unit can reach in time for outside carriers. When a truck breaks down, it re-plans the affected loads and flags any that will still miss their windows.
Can we build our own agent?
Yes. Your developers can add an agent for a job the seven don't cover, on the same rules: it drafts, explains itself and earns autonomy the same way, and nothing it does skips a person or the record.

See your own agents draft a day of work.
Send us a day of requests, loads and invoices. In the call, you'll see what each agent would have drafted, and where it would have stopped for a person.
