Roadmark vs Rose Rocket: a side-by-side TMS comparison

Roadmark and Rose Rocket, row by row: AI agents, how routine work gets done, published pricing, go-live time, companies and modes.

The short answer

Which one fits you?

Rose Rocket is an AI-focused TMS for carriers, brokers and 3PLs, with published pricing from $2,080 a month, unlimited users and a guaranteed go-live in 90 days. Rose Rocket's pricing page doesn't name a currency; Roadmark's prices on this page are in US dollars. Roadmark is a TMS whose agents draft quotes, plans, updates and invoices for a person to approve, across every mode and several companies, and it can start beside your current TMS one job at a time.

Roadmark is the better choice if

  • You want to keep McLeod, TMW or TruckMate for now and start with one job in a new system, such as quoting or tracking, while orders still land in your current TMS.
  • You want every agent's draft to show the numbers and the rule behind it, and to decide lane by lane when an agent may act on its own.
  • You run several companies or divisions and want them in one system, each with its own books.
  • You move freight beyond trucking, such as rail, air or ocean, and want it on the same load record.
  • Your team wants to ask about loads from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot.

Rose Rocket is the better choice if

  • You want implementation in the price and a fixed timeline: a guaranteed go-live in 90 days, with implementation included in plans from $2,080 a month with unlimited users and unlimited use of its Rosie and Rocky agents.
  • You want to shape the system yourself, with unlimited custom fields, objects, boards, views and automations on the base plan.

Who each one is for

Rose Rocket is a TMS for carriers, brokers and 3PLs, founded in Toronto in 2015. It publishes its pricing: the Full Service Platform starts at $2,080 a month with unlimited users, unlimited use of its Rosie and Rocky agents, and implementation included, with a guaranteed go-live in 90 days.

Roadmark is a TMS with AI agents that price quotes, plan trucks and prepare invoices for your team to approve, built for asset carriers, freight brokers and groups of companies.

How the AI differs

Rose Rocket has moved quickly on AI. In February 2025 it launched its platform as TMS.ai, with DataBot for reading documents and Rosie, a co-pilot on every order. In September 2025 it bought Centro, an email-parsing company, and took TED out of beta. Today its site lists three agents: TED reads the email customers already send and creates or updates the right records, Rosie answers questions from the record, and Rocky builds workflows and takes tasks on in plain language.

Roadmark's agents each own one job, from the inbox and quoting to planning, tracking, billing, collections and compliance. Each drafts the record itself and shows the numbers and the rule it used, and a person approves, edits or rejects it. Every agent starts at Draft, and your team decides lane by lane whether one may act on its own. Roadmark also connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot through MCP, so people can ask about loads from the assistant they already use.

Starting beside your current TMS

Rose Rocket is the TMS you move onto, with a fixed 90-day path to go-live. Roadmark is built to run beside McLeod, TMW or TruckMate first: one job, usually quoting or tracking, while booked orders still land in your current TMS and dispatch, status, stops and POD come back. You move the rest a company, division or lane at a time, or never. If you're replacing your TMS in one project and want a set date, Rose Rocket's approach fits that. If you'd rather not replace dispatch yet, Roadmark's does.

Groups and deployment are the other differences. Roadmark runs a group's companies and divisions in one system with separate books and internal rates between sister companies. Rose Rocket's public pages don't describe how several legal companies are set up, so ask them directly. Confirm hosting regions and deployment options with Roadmark before contracting.
