How is it different from AI agents?

The AI Assistant is your conversation inside Roadmark: ask questions, explore options and prepare work. Roadmark’s specialized AI agents each handle a job, such as quoting, planning or tracking. Claude and ChatGPT are external AI assistants you can connect separately through MCP.

Is this the MCP connection for Claude and ChatGPT?

No. The AI Assistant works inside Roadmark. The MCP connection lets you work with Roadmark from an external assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT.
